The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The view of the observatory was breathtaking, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, including both Western and Oriental cuisine. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night shift manager, who went above and beyond to assist with changing my air ticket and organizing a private city tour. The location of the hotel was great, being within a 30-45 minute walk to the main attractions and having a Chinese restaurant and medical center downstairs.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and caring, offering good tips on altitude sickness. The hotel had a doctor on call, which was important because we were concerned about altitude sickness. We were able to walk to some of the city's main attractions, but the hotel had transportation available if needed. We enjoyed the Chinese restaurant downstairs.
Nothing to fault.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the indoor swimming pool was delightful and the spa centre was relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the foot massage and the full body massage at the spa lounge. the restaurant has amazing dishes and a special diet menu. The location advantages were great due to the walking distance to the area attractions. Cons: the English language skills of some staff members need improvement, which made communication challenging at times.

We had a minor issue with the language barrier while communicating with the staff. However, they did try their best to understand our needs and were friendly.
